Rates are per person and per night including breakfast.
The local tax of € 3,50 per person and per night is not included.

Payment is made directly by the guest at the hotel upon check-in/check-out via credit card or cash!
Billing to a different company address via mail is not possible.

Please note, that some hotels require a "minimum stay".

All accomodations are located within easy walking distance (1 to 10 minutes) to the Congress House.

Terms of cancellation for hotel bookings
- until 8 weeks before arrival: No cancellation fee
- 8-4 weeks before: 25% of the hotel booking will be charged
- 4-2 weeks before: 50% of the hotel booking will be charged
- 2-1 weeks before arrival: 75% of the hotel booking will be charged
- from 6 days until day of arrival: 100% of the hotel booking will be charged

The hotel booking via this form is only available until April 12th 2026 - afterwards please get in contact with us and we try to offer you a suitable option.
