Events are our number on priority! Therefore our restaurant has opened exclusively for our guests.


The restaurant is able to provide dinner for up to 1.000 guests (at balls 1.500 guests).


The catering is run by the congress center itself.

In the case of major events, we get supported by temporary assistants, who are mainly recruited among the students of the Salzkammergut tourism schools in Bad Ischl.

At the terrace you can enjoy the magnificient view of the surrounding park and the city.

Executive chef Christopher Engleitner and F&B manager Tobias Ruttinger coordinate the offer of the kitchen and the decoration for your individual requirements.

There are two kitchens at the "Kongress & TheaterHaus", which allow short ways for the freshly prepared dishes. The mobile bars provide felixibility.

The use of regional ingredients - without long transport routes - is a culinary obligation for the executive chef Christopher Engleitner. He conjures creative dishes at affordable prices.


Every event is different - that is why the restaurant doesn't provide common ideas. They also organzie caterings at unusual settings like for example the "Trinkhalle" and at the "Laimer Urschlag".


We provide custom-tailored offers for your personal wishes. Finger food, vegetarian buffet or a gala dinner, we are looking forward to provide everything for your demand.
