If you are arriving in MUNICH we recommend to book a shuttle to Bad Ischl via SMS transport service. www.mietwagenservice.at. Shuttle price (collective transfer - waiting time up to 60 minutes) € 85,00 one way / € 150,00 return ticket.

If you are arriving in VIENNA there is a regular train service from Vienna airport to Bad Ischl (one change at Attnang-Puchheim / traveling time 3,5 hrs). Tickets and train schedule see www.oebb.at. Regular ticket price € 52,50 one way / discount tickets available online max. 6 months before arrival ("Sparschiene"). You can also book SMS transport service from Vienna Airport to Bad Ischl. www.mietwagenservice.at. Shuttle price (collective transfer - waiting time up to 60 minutes) € 95,00 one way / € 170,00 return ticket.

We are organizing shuttles from and to SALZBURG airport and train station.
Shuttles can be ordered until 1 month before arrival. Waiting time max. 30 minutes.
The offered shuttle service has to be paid before the arrival and can be cleared within the hotel deposit

Rates are per room and per day including breakfast. The local tax of € 2,00 per person and per day is not included.
Please note, that some hotels require a "minimum stay"
Every hotel guest has to place a deposit of 25% within 14 days after receiving his / her invoice.

Hotel Villa Seilern is situated opposite the Conference Center. The other accommodations are within 3 to 15 minutes walk to the Congress Center.

Terms of cancellation for hotel bookings:
- 9 weeks before departure: no cancellation fee
- 6th April - 4th May 2022: 50% of the hotel booking will be charged
- 19th May - 25th May 2022: 75% of the hotel booking will be charged
- from 26th May 2022: 100% of the hotel booking will be charged

You will receive a confirmation of registration (invoice) within the next 10 working days after your online registration. For registrations completed in December 2021, we will send you an invoice in January 2022.

8. C onditions of participation

Registration
Registration for the International FCEI Congress in Bad Ischl can occur exclusively online. The Congress organizers will confirm the application within 10 working days by sending you the confirmation of registration / invoice. For registrations completed in December 2021, we will send you an invoice in January 2022.
The application is binding after the transfer of the registration fee to the bank account mentioned above.

Travel and Health Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event.
We recommend for the insurance policy to include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, loss or damage to personal property as well as medical expenses (including Covid19 emergencies). FCEI International will not take any responsibility for any delegate failing to insecure.

Confrence organizers are not liable for lost items, accidents or damages to persons and things. Participants (and the person accompanying) attend the conference and the social events at their own risks and responsibility.

Cancellation
A cancellation will only be accepted in written form (via email to fcei@bblinz.at).

If canceled before 31st March 2022 (date of receipt) the congress fee minus € 30,00 handling fee will be refunded.
If canceled between 1st April 2022 and 30th April 2022 50% of the congress fee will be refunded.
If canceled from 1st May 2022 or no participation in the event no registration fee will be refunded and therefore an invoice will be placed.


Subject to alterations
The organizer explicitly reserves the right of changes of the lecturers and chairmen over the actual program. This will provide no right to withdraw from the congress participation or the reduction of the congress fee.


Privacy protection
Personal data under the Convention Registration will be stored and processed electronically but not passed on to third parties. Jurisdiction: Linz

Furthermore, participants accept that all pictures and recordings, which have been taken during the conference may be used by FCEI International for publication and dissemination purposes.

9. COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR IN-PERSON PARTICIPANTS AT FCEI 2022

We are excited to get back together in person at FCEI 2022. The congress organizers are working diligently to plan and ensure the safety and comfort of all participants during the duration of the congress.

While further information about hygiene rules will be provided in the coming weeks on the FCEI website (www.fcei.at ), kindly be informed that our COVID-19 guidelines for FCEI 2022 will be based on trends of the pandemic and will be in accordance with the Austrian recommendations and requirements for hosting public events.
